شرح خلاصه:

اسلاید گیت ها برای قطع جریان خروجی سیلوها وبعضی اوقات برای  کنترل جریان خروجی آنها که حاوی مواد پودری نظیر سیمان و آهک و گچ و خاکستر هستند بکار میروند. همچنین این تجهیزات عضوی از گروه سیستم انتقال مواد پودری هستند که معمولا قبل از سایر تجهیزات انتقال (مانند فلو کنترل) جهت انجام کارهای تعمیرات استفاده می شوند.

اسلاید گیت قابلیت قطع کامل جریان مواد را بدون نشتی دارد .که با حرکت تیغه، دریچه کاملا باز  یا کاملا بسته می شود. در میانه کورس حرکتی تیغه قسمتی از جریان برقرار می شود و امکان عبور میزان کمتر یا بیشتری از مواد را فراهم مینماید.

بیشترین میزان جریان خروجی مواد از اسلاید گیت به سایز آن وابسته است. سایزهای 200 و250 و 300 و 400 و 500 توسط YJK تولید می شوند.

ویژگی ها

همه انواع اسلاید گیتها به دو انتقال دهنده سیگنال (پراکسی یا لیمیت سویچ) برای انتقال سیگنال در موقعیتهای ابتدا و انتها مجهز هستند. در سفارشات ویژه ما اسلاید گیتی با قابلیت کنترل جریان مواد بوسیله تیغه  را خواهیم ساخت که پراکسی یا لیمیت سویچ که در کناره اسلاید گیت نصب شده درایو را جهت ایستادن در موقیت میانی دلخواه متوقف می نماید.

اسلاید گیتهای YJK در دو مدل دارای پد هوادهی یا فاقد پد هوادهی ارائه میگرد.

اسلاید گیتهای دارای پد هوادهی به سیستم هوای فشرده تولیدی بلوئر یا فن سانتریفوژ متصل هستند.

درایوها

• مدل درایو دستی: این نوع از اسلاید گیتها مجهز به غربیلک دستی هستند. علاوه برآن تیغه میتواند در موقعیت میانی توقف داشته باشد.
• مدل درایو دستی (مجهز به چرخ زنجیری): این نوع از اسلاید گیتها مجهز به چرخ زنجیر هستند. اپراتور ایستاده در موقعیت پایین تری از دریچه قابلیت کنترل تیغه را دارد.
• مدل موتور الکتریکی: اسلاید گیتها مجهز به یک گیربکس یک یا دو مرحله ای استاندارد هستند. علاوه بر آن جهت استفاده های خاص امکان تجهیز به درایو اینورتر دار نیز وجود دارد.
• مدل سیلندر پنوماتیک : اسلاید گیت بوسیله سیلندر دو طرفه پنوماتیکی کار می کند که در هر دو موقعیت انتهایی بوسیله شیر 3/5 متوقف می شود.
• مدل سیلندر برقی: اسلاید گیت بوسیله یک سیلندر برقی  کار می کند که در هر دو موقعیت انتهایی و با قابلیت تنظیم کورس متوقف می شود.

Short description

Slide gates are used for shutting off silo discharge spouts and sometimes for the controlled discharge of dry pulverized bulk material such as cement, limestone, gypsum and fly ash, from silos. The Slide gates are part of the fluidslide system that are usually used before other Conveying products (such as flow control gates) in order to be able to carry out maintenance works

The Slide gate is dust tight cutoff of a silo discharge opening, therefore by pulling or pushing the gate; the discharge opening can be fully closed or opened. Furthermore, in the middle position of gate’s course, the sectional area of flow is altered, allowing more or less material to flow cut of the silo

The maximum flow rate of slide gate is depended to its size. The following sizes are produced by YJK: 200, 250,300, 400  and 500

Features

All kind of silo cut-off gates are equipped with two signal transmitters (proxy switch or limit switch) for signaling of both end positions. In spatial order we will produce the slide gate witch is able to govern the flow rate by controlling the gate. The proxy switches (or limit switches) which are mounted on side of the gate, control drive to stop in open or close or middle positions.

The silo cut-off gate can either be supplied as non-aerated or aerated versions by YJK.

The aerated silo cut-off gate is connected to the compressed air system of a rotary piston blower or, in other cases, to a fan.

Drives

Manual-actuated Slide gates are equipped with a hand wheel with catch. In addition to the ‘open’ and ‘closed’ positions, the gate can be arrested in desired intermediate positions.

Manual-actuated (Chain wheel) this kind of slide gates is equipped with a chain wheel. User able to control the gate by its chain in lower level.

Motor-actuated Slide gates are equipped with standard a single- or two stages spur wheel back-geared motor. Furthermore, for special applications there is the option of mounting variable speed driver.

Pneumatic piston-actuated Slide gate is operated by means of a double-acting pneumatic cylinder damped in both final positions, containing a special5/3-way valve.

Electrical piston-actuated Slide gate is operated by an electrical cylinder witch is damped in both final positions with adjustable course.
